Before the cameras roll, we begin with a friendly consultation—either over the phone or in person. This is where we learn about your loved one’s background, personality, and key life events you’d like us to focus on. We’ll also discuss preferences for tone, location, and any specific themes or anecdotes that should be highlighted. This step helps us plan a meaningful, tailored interview experience.

Interview & Filming
On the scheduled day, our team arrives at your chosen location—often a familiar home setting that helps the storyteller feel comfortable. We set up a simple, non-intrusive filming setup and gently guide the conversation using thoughtful prompts. Our goal is to make the experience feel like a heartfelt conversation, not a formal production. We may also capture moments of quiet reflection, surroundings, or personal mementos to enrich the narrative visually.

Editing & Delivery
After filming, we begin the careful process of editing. We thoughtfully select the best clips, polish the audio and visuals, and add enhancements like music, photos, or subtle transitions. Our editing is sensitive and respectful—keeping the story front and center. Once complete, we deliver the final film in both digital formats (USB or private cloud link) and, if selected, in elegant physical keepsake packages that families can treasure for generations.
